Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to Inside and Outside Sales teams.
• Set clear targets and accountability for revenue performance.
• Drive national ABS strategy across identified target accounts and regions.
• Penetrate high priority accounts with strategic growth plans and value selling.
• Coach reps to articulate value, ROI, and total cost of ownership to executives.
• Monitor pipelines, forecasts, and key metrics to ensure consistent revenue growth.
