LB&B Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract in Norfolk, VA (Federal Building).
The role requires at least 5 years of experience with large commercial HVAC equipment and the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water systems, and related building systems. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, Universal EPA or CFC certification, and be willing to obtain NATE certification within 6 months.

LB&B Associates is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located in Norfolk, VA. (Federal Building). Working Days/Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm. Hourly Pay Rate: $32.96 per hour. Health & Welfare Pay: $1,254.25 per month (per CBA). This position also offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and pension plan per the collective bargaining agreement. Candidate must be willing to obtain NATE Certification within 6 months of employment. HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) hourly pay rate: $35.02 per hour.
HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of (5) years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
