The partner will join an established Corporate and Private Equity team advising clients on middle market transactions, typically involving enterprise values between $20 million and $250 million.

Qualifikationen

• 8–15 years of corporate and transactional experience.
• Significant M&A and private equity experience.
• Representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Advising strategic buyers, founders, and management teams.
• Drafting purchase agreements, LLC agreements and related transaction documents.
• Managing due diligence and transaction closings.
• Advising on corporate governance and ownership structures.
• Working with investment professionals, lenders, accountants and opposing counsel.
