Job summary

Zūm is seeking an experienced Location Manager to lead transportation operations in Nashville, TN. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from startup to daily management, building high-performing teams and ensuring profitable, compliant operations that delight customers.

Lead with safety, manage KPIs, and partner across departments to sustain excellent service and growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing day-to-day operations in time-sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to manage full P&L with KPI responsibility.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, planning, and execution.
• 5+ years of client-facing relationship management in operational settings.
• Experience leading salaried managers and cross-department coordination.
• Strong safety practices, regulatory compliance, and incident review experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete site start-ups for newly awarded contracts, team hiring, facility setup, IT implementation.
• Develop training and hiring programs for location that meets or exceeds guidelines.
• Maintain customer and stakeholder relationships, exceeding expectations through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Manage assigned contract operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, field trip/charter processes, route awards, and trip execution.
