ASCAP seeks a Head of ASCAP Nashville to lead the Nashville Creative Membership team and drive market growth while overseeing daily office operations. This executive will report to senior leadership, engage with songwriters, publishers, and industry partners, and represent ASCAP at key events.

The role requires deep Nashville music industry knowledge, a broad network, and a proven ability to balance external relationships with internal leadership. Based in Nashville, five days on site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of music industry experience, with deep Nashville knowledge.
• Strong network across songwriters, publishers, licensing, labels.
• Leadership overseeing an office or large team; strategy and direction.
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with NYC leadership.
• Executive presence and diplomacy for engaging with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work from ASCAP’s Nashville office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nashville Creative Membership team and grow market share.
• Oversee day-to-day Nashville office operations.
