Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks an in-person eCommerce Team Member I to support online listings from our Nashville facility. The role involves sorting, photographing, listing, shelving, packing, and light house-keeping while meeting production quotas in a safety-focused environment.

You will learn multiple production and supporting roles, collaborate with leadership, and carry out duties with a cheerful attitude to promote teamwork and our core values.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and/or mobile device use for research of product values and/or taking detailed product photos.
• Ability to navigate online marketplaces and use SEO keywords.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product listing and condition notes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare incoming products for online sale according to department guidelines.
• Take representative product photos and ensure accurate listing details.
• Use SEO keywords in auction titles and include condition details in descriptions.
• Inspect donations for quality/condition and determine online eligibility.
