Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, or warehouse is a plus.
• Ability to follow production processes and safety guidelines.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient production output while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise per standards.
• Work in quota-driven setting, balancing productivity with quality.
• Use POS tools for pricing and ensure shop-ready merchandise.
• Maintain organization and safety across production and backroom areas.
• Assist with store readiness and timely placement on sales floor.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily readiness.
