Precision Walls in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead large commercial drywall projects, focusing on safety, quality, schedule and budget. You will manage field foremen, recruit staff, and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include developing customer relationships with General Contractors, enforcing safety rules, and mentoring teams. A strong leadership background and drywall expertise are required to drive success and growth within the

Qualifications

• At least five years of commercial drywall experience.
• Proven ability to lead people and develop strong customer relationships.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Understands and can instruct drywall and ceiling industry’s labor, materials and methods.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Run large commercial drywall projects (metal stud framing and hanging).
• Ensure jobs meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards.
• Manage field foremen and develop personnel.
• Recruit, select, place, and evaluate assigned personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with General Contractors/clients.
• Enforce safety rules and company standards.
• Oversee timesheets and payroll considerations.
• Develop training and grow team skills.
