You will manage construction progress, handle change orders, and coordinate owner-initiated modifications, ensuring alignment with client goals and subcontractors. Travel is required weekly to various states; there is no remote or hybrid option, and you will partner with operators to deliver projects on time

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
