Job summary

Technique is seeking a Quality Manager for our Concord, North Carolina facility, home to NASCAR operations. You will lead the Quality Department, ensure the QMS is followed, and certify that every part ships conforming to NASCAR specifications.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in production manufacturing quality, ASQ credentials, and hands-on experience with laser measurement, CMM, and PFMEA. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience in high-precision, low-volume environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production manufacturing quality experience, preferably in motorsports, aerospace, or high-precision, low-volume environments.
• ASQ CMQ/OE, CQE, or CQA credentials preferred; ISO 9001 knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality department and manage the day-to-day execution of the QMS.
• Own quality KPIs and drive RCCA using 8D, 5 Why, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Coordinate customer inspections, certifications, and ensure on-time delivery of conforming products.
