Job summary

BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to provide on-site environmental compliance support at NASA Glenn in Cleveland, OH, with a secondary site in Sandusky, OH. The BOM will assist the Site Lead with subcontractor management, invoices and monitoring contracts.

The role involves coordinating project elements, ensuring labor, services, and materials meet PWS requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with NASA and regulatory personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience managing projects, contracts, funds, and resources.
• Experience with NASA/DoD or other government contracts is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a NACI is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Lead with duties and management of project elements.
• Support subcontractors, invoices, and monitoring contracts to meet PWS requirements.
• Coordinate with NASA and regulatory personnel to ensure compliance and project success.
• Prepare and deliver monthly technical reports and maintain program administration.
