Job summary

DCG is seeking a capable IT project coordinator to support a NAS-based file shares migration. You will coordinate activities across teams and ensure alignment with timelines and governance.

You will work with business areas and technical SPOCs, track security policies like QRA/ORC, organize meetings, and provide clear status updates, risks, and progress, escalating blockers as needed. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT projects, preferably infrastructure or NAS/file share migrations.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and security frameworks (e.g. QRA/ORC).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, tracking and follow‑up capabilities.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NAS-based file shares migration project across teams and timelines.
• Manage activities and ensure migration plan execution aligns with milestones.
• Coordinate with business areas and technical SPOCs.
• Track QRA/ORC and ensure policy compliance.
• Organise meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on actions.
• Provide status updates, risks, and progress tracking.
• Identify blockers and elevate issues proactively.
