Job summary

Namirial is seeking a Group Migration Specialist to drive end-to-end migration initiatives across the Namirial Group, delivering enterprise projects on time and with quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies, manage scope, timelines, risks, and acceptance criteria, and support customers during transition from legacy solutions to Group target platforms, including the Italian market as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing migration programs across multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern migration lifecycle end-to-end.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings and status updates.
• Monitor progress and resource allocation.
• Maintain documentation and risk registers.
• Coordinate testing and post-migration verification.
• Support Customer Delivery and Success activities as needed.
