Job summary

Arthrex, Naples district, is seeking a Surgical Video, Integration, Resection & Power District Sales Manager to lead Imaging, Resection, and power systems sales in Collier and Lee Counties. The role focuses on strategy, training, and account development with surgeons, administrators, and IT stakeholders.

You will drive revenue growth, manage capital equipment and bundled solutions, and partner with district leadership to accelerate adoption of Synergy Imaging and NanoScope technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Capital equipment experience required.
• Arthroscopy and/or endoscopy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in technology adoption and strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the district Imaging & Resection business strategy aligning with district, regional, and national objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and quota attainment across imaging & resection portfolios.
• Partner with District Leadership to identify growth opportunities and strategic account initiatives.
• Lead the launch and adoption of new technologies within the district.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, administrators, IT, and supply chain leaders.
