Job summary

Lena Rose Beauty in Naperville seeks a working manager who handles a full book of services while running the location on the same day. You report to the Spa Director and serve as the senior leader on site, balancing client care with operational leadership.

You will lead Roses, manage scheduling, revenue, and community outreach, and maintain Lena Rose standards and hospitality for every guest. Join a team dedicated to a clean-beauty experience.

Qualifications

• Illinois license required.
• At least three years of real management experience.
• Available Wednesday through Sunday, including every weekend.
• Detail-oriented master scheduler, dependable and calm under pressure.
• Policy upholder who enforces the handbook fairly.
• Reliable transportation and travel to Naperville and Chicago locations.
• Belief in Lena Rose mission and company-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership, scheduling, cover call-outs, weekly check-ins, 30/60/90-day reviews, and difficult conversations when needed.
• Run the location from open to close, sanitation, inventory and reordering, cash handling and deposits, Booker, and daily spa director recap.
• Deliver licensed nail, esthetician, or cosmetology services to Lena Rose standards with hospitality.
• Own the numbers: daily/weekly sales, retail, rebooking and labor, and target growth.
• Grow the community: local partnerships, Lena Rose Membership, Naperville client base.
