Job summary

Lena Rose Beauty is hiring a licensed nail technician for our Lincoln Square (Chicago) spa. The role is part-time, requiring Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday availability, with a focus on clean, healthy nail work, and following Lena Rose protocols.

You will work in a non-tipping, W-2 environment with pay growth based on tenure and performance, plus commissions on sold services and retail. Training and development are provided to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nail Technician license.
• Available Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Clean, consistent technique including cuticle care and gel/structured services.
• Punctual and reliable with a willingness to learn Lena Rose processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures from Classic to advanced services.
• Provide honest nail health consultations and address damaged nails.
• Maintain sanitation per Illinois standards after each guest; reset station.
• Recommend products and rebook guests before checkout.
