The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, with strong Lean skills and cross-functional collaboration. On-site role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, validation, change control, root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and practical deployment in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from scope through implementation, validation, documentation, and handoff to operations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and communication updates.
• Coordinate technical activities related to equipment installations, process improvements, tooling changes, and facility modifications.
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, tooling, facilities, supply chain, vendors, and leadership to align project needs.
• Support trials, validations, engineering changes, equipment qualifications, process documentation, and implementation readiness.
