TGM Communities is seeking a Leasing Associate for our Naperville, IL community. You will generate leases, provide excellent customer service, and professionally represent the property to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities include marketing, tours, lead management, and timely follow-ups. Evening and weekend work is required, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred or required.

• Strong computer skills and organization are essential.
• Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Market property amenities to prospective residents and promote the community.
• Lead guided tours and answer inquiries from prospective residents.
• Manage leads (phone, email, walk-ins) and ensure 100% follow-up.
• Process applications and lease paperwork; maintain accurate online advertising info.
• Provide resident service and record maintenance requests.
