Job summary

Meadowood Napa Valley seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead the guest experience across multiple venues, including pool and private dining areas. You will coach and develop a professional F&B team, focusing on exceptional service, wine presentation, and hospitality excellence.

You will partner with the F&B Director to oversee budgets, schedules, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and Meadowood policies while fostering growth and memorable guest experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Food and Beverage management.
• Two years as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably at Relais & Chateaux (or equivalent) hotel.
• Strong knowledge of wines, with focus on Napa Valley and California wineries.
• Working knowledge of state liquor regulations and wage/hour laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Management is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee F&B staff across venues including The Pool, Terrace Café, Forum, and Private Dining.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain highest level of service and wine & cuisine offerings.
• Prepare daily reports and manage budget, labor, and cost of sale within standards.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and Meadowood policies.
