• Attend departmental meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Ability to converse professionally with guests.
• Display knowledge of service standards and procedures.
• Exhibit knowledge of cocktails, wine, beverage, and food menu.

Position Summary

As a Server you would greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner according to Meadowood’s standards and procedures under the direction of the outlet manager. Servers provide the guests with the highest standards of food and beverage service, thereby creating long term, loyal customers.

Major Responsibilities & Work Activities

• Serve guests and assist co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.

Experience Required

• Two years food and beverage experience.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

• Ability to become TIPS certified / Food Handler

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50 - $18.50 per hour + Tips + Service Charge.

• This is the rate Meadowood Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, and other job-related qualifications. This position is e ligible for service charge distributions and gratuities in accordance with company policy. Total compensation varies and is not guaranteed.
