Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Experience managing financial operations in a multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise, including PO and Inventory Management.
• Knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience with Indiana state and federal tax knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day accounting functions including financial reporting, GL management, auditing, compliance, internal controls, and payments system.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all entities.
• Develop and maintain division-level P&L statements for each operating division.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to ownership and senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with leaders.
