Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and services offered.
• Ability to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Accurate cash handling, balancing accounts and drawers, and calculations.
• NMLS license acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to identify needs and offer solutions.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Refer clients to appropriate internal partners for additional services.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending opportunities.
• Maintain strong follow-up and proactive problem resolution.
