Job summary

Vineyard Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, 4 days on/2 days off rotation. Shifts available AM (6:30am–2:30pm) and PM (2:30pm–10:30pm) with starting pay $23–$25 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, vital signs, mobility support, and infection control. Ideal candidates are CA-certified CNAs with compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in California (CA).
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with mobility and prescribed physical therapy exercises.
• Maintain clean and safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Document patient care and report changes to the nursing team.
