Vineyard Post Acute in Petaluma, California is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our full-time team for AM/PM shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and provide compassionate care in a warm, supportive setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
