Job summary

Napa Post Acute in Napa, CA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-focused team. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily care while collaborating with nurses and therapists to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

We offer competitive pay of $20-$25 per hour DOE, with full-time and part-time opportunities and AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Current California CNA certification and CPR/BLS preferred to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care.
