Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in a respectful and supportive manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staff.
