Position Overview:- Location: Villanova, PA, 19085- Target Start: November 10, 2026- Target End: Long-Term- Ages: 11 months, 3 years, 5 years- Pets: None- Parking: Driveway- Schedule: Monday and Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

About the Family: This family is looking for a nanny to care for their three children, with schedule needs that shift depending on the time of year. During the school year, care is primarily needed for the youngest child, with occasional days covering all three. In the summer, care will be needed for all three children, with a break of one to two weeks when the oldest is away at camp. The youngest child enjoys hands-on play, games, and time outdoors, and is easygoing and easy to engage. The older children love arts and crafts, imaginative play, and being outside. The ideal candidate is warm and caring while also comfortable setting clear, consistent boundaries. One of the children has a tree nut allergy and carries an EpiPen, candidates should be comfortable with allergy awareness and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities: Full child care- Driving children (family car available)

Compensation: Pay: $25-35 per hour gross, Paid Vacation: 2 work week's (coordinated with family), Paid sick/personal: 2-3 days, Paid Holidays (if they land on a work day): 6 major federal holidays + Martin Luther King Day, Columbus Day, Presidents' - Day, Veteran's Day
