This is a loving family with two children is looking for a nanny to join them in caring for their kids. They're hoping to find someone who will genuinely connect with both children and become a warm, steady presence in their daily routines. Their infant is being introduced to solid foods through baby-led weaning, so experience supporting that approach is important to them. They're looking for a nanny who takes initiative and knows what needs to be done without being asked, someone who can partner closely with mom day to day.
