Sittercity Incorporated is seeking a full-time nanny in Wayne, PA to care for three children. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with 50 hours guaranteed and overtime for hours over 40.

The family values engaging, active play, daily routines, and proactive communication about care, nutrition, and safety. CPR/First Aid certified candidates preferred; driving is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-time nanny experience.
• Clean driving record; family car available.
• Sibling experience appreciated.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Vaccinations not required.
• Teaching experience or Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full child care for three children.
• Drive children to school, activities, and appointments.
• Light housekeeping including dishes and diaper area.

About the Family:

This family is looking for a nanny to join their household and connect with three children who each bring their own personality. Days are full of energy and imagination, and the family wants a nanny who can meet that with genuine engagement, someone who will get down on the floor to play, read together, and come up with creative activities rather than just supervising from the sidelines.They're looking for someone comfortable taking initiative day to day, while still checking in on things parents will want input on, like giving medication, so strong communication is key. Healthy habits are important too, including limiting screen time, and a willingness to get out of the house for activities, parks, and organized play dates is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• - Full child care
• - Drive children (school, activities, appointments)
• - Light housekeeping (run/empty dishwasher, diaper pail)

Compensation:

• - Pay: $26-$34/hr gross
• - Paid Vacation: 2 weeks (1 week nanny's choice, 1 week family's choice)
• - Paid sick/personal: 5 days
• - Paid Holidays:6 major federal
