Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in New York is seeking a NAMR Commercial Team member to advance BCG’s commercial agenda with clients. You will partner with Commercial Directors to support MDs and client teams on best practices in pricing, negotiations, and deal execution.

You will implement value-based pricing strategies, draft commercial terms with legal partners, and contribute to best-practice tools and competitive intelligence, while leveraging GenAI to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD/PhD a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant professional services experience with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; GenAI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support deal strategy and pricing to establish rate cards and MSAs.
• Draft commercial terms with Legal and case teams.
• Share insights from deals to inform strategy and decision making.
• Identify AI tools to streamline tasks across deal support activities.
