Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an NAMR Commercial role in Boston to support and enable MDs, Partners, and client teams on commercial best practices. You will work closely with Commercial Directors to drive the firm’s commercial agenda across deals, pricing, and agreements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and excellent communication. A hybrid work pattern is expected, with office presence 3–5 days a week, and a comprehensive compensation package

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/JD/PhD) a plus.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in dynamic projects.
• 3+ years in professional services (law, procurement, finance, consulting or banking).
• Experience in multinational environments desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using GenAI tools to improve productivity and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support deal work: pricing, MSAs, value-based arrangements.
• Draft commercial terms in coordination with Legal and case teams.
• Develop tools and content for NAMR Commercial use.
• Capture competitive intelligence from deal work to inform strategy.
• Identify and apply AI tools to streamline tasks across deals.
• Collaborate with NAMR Commercial and broader teams on initiatives.
