You will partner with Commercial Directors to enable Managing Director & Partners and client account teams on best practices. This role requires 3+ years in professional services, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with GenAI tools; the position is hybrid, with in-office days 3–5 per week, and a base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/JD/PhD a plus.
• 3+ years in professional services with client-facing roles.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in dynamic projects.
• Experience in multinational environments desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using GenAI tools to improve productivity.
• Hiring level determined by experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deal support: negotiate strategy, modeling, and tactics across end-to-end processes.
• Draft commercial aspects of agreements with Legal and case teams.
• Contribute to commercial best practices and decision tools.
• Capture competitive intelligence from deals to inform strategy.
• Identify and share AI tools to streamline deal support tasks.
• Collaborate with NAMR Commercial team on initiatives.
