Job summary

LISI is seeking a senior leader to direct the North American logistics platform and customer service operations. The role oversees quotation management, inside sales, order processing, and customer service while coordinating a multi-site NAM logistics network to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• 7–10 years in aerospace or fastener industry; 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, or commercial operations; 3–5 years in logistics or distribution management; 3 years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop timely winning quotation strategies.
• Determine RFQ priorities and policies.
• Establish cost and list price matrices for consistent quotations.
• Develop strong relationships to enhance communication and productivity.
• Manage processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
• Increase conversion rates and streamline procedures to meet demand.
• Oversee day-to-day Customer Service department operations.
• Coordinate with LISI Aerospace facilities to respond to inquiries timely.
