Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain/Operations.
• 7–10 years in aerospace or fastener industry experience.
• 3+ years in leadership for customer service, inside sales, or commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the North America logistics platform and customer service operations.
• Oversees quotation management, inside sales, order processing, and customer service.
• Manages inventory, forecasting, and KPI tracking across NAM facilities.
• Leads cross-functional coordination with sales, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.
