Job summary

Disney Consumer Products in Glendale, CA (onsite) is seeking an Associate NAM Hardlines (PH) for a 6-month project or IA role. The role involves licensee management, driving category strategy, and supporting financial analyses and product development to ensure timely launches.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) with 2+ years related experience, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred + 2 years related experience or MBA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with core toy licensees and provide information and assets.
• Support contract and financial analyses, forecasting, and product line analysis.
• Work with Product Development to approve lines and ensure timely approvals for launches.
• Develop category strategy, identify opportunities, and present trends and competitive research.
