Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform harm-reduction outreach at shelters, on the street, and at community events to educate clients on naloxone.
• Make direct referrals to substance use or mental health services.
• Assist clients in removing barriers to housing, employment, and healthcare via case management.
• Support clients’ recovery and daily living skills, including transport to appointments, benefits offices, or groceries.
