Monarch Healthcare Management is offering a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) role in Minnesota. This temporary position prepares you to pass the MN Nursing Assistant competency exam and transition to a CNA role within our facilities.

You will complete the 75-hour NATCEP course, pass the state exams, and register within 4 months. Availability for every other weekend and holiday is required, with internal opportunities for advancement across Monarch's network.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Completion of Minnesota NATCEP 75-hour training program and passing state exams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAITs to pass MN Nursing Assistant competency exam.
• Assist with duties similar to a CNA once competent and eligible for state registry.
