Job Title: Nail Technician

The Grapeseed Spa at South Coast Winery is seeking an on-call Nail Tech.

Essential Duties include:
  1. Participate in opening/closing duties as outlined in the spa procedures manual.
  2. Arrive on time and maintain satisfactory attendance.
  3. Meet, greet, and respond to all guests in a professional, courteous, and tranquil manner.
  4. Follow dress code requirements at all times.
  5. Use the computer system to manage schedules effectively.
  6. Interact with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  7. Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism, especially when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  9. Maintain guest service and commission records accurately.
  10. Inform guests about other services, amenities, and areas of interest on the resort.
  11. Perform guest services at the highest level of quality.
