Job summary

Four Seasons Houston seeks a Nail Technician to deliver manicure and pedicure services to our luxury guests. Respond professionally, ensuring comfort and satisfaction while upholding the hotel’s standards.

You will work full-time, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and you’ll benefit from training, complimentary employee meals, and accommodations when applicable.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Licensed Nail Technician with minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of manicure and pedicure services.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and assist with spa and fitness inquiries.
• Upsell and create added value by staying current with service and product offerings and promote treatments and products.
• Achieve monthly retail sales goals.
• Keep treatment rooms and prep areas neat and clean.
• Operate and sanitize equipment according to hotel and state board requirements.

About the role

The Nail Technician provides a superior level of manicure and pedicure services to Four Seasons guests. Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

What you will do

• Provide a superior level of manicure and pedicure services.
• Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints and assist guests in all inquiries in connection with the spa and fitness center.
• Upsell and create added value to our guest by staying current with both service and product offerings and to promote treatments and products by thorough knowledge of their health benefits.
• Achieve monthly retail sales goals.
• Keep all departmental areas neat and clean including treatment rooms and prep area.
• Operate, utilize and clean all equipment in the nail treatment room according to hotel and/or state board requirements including but not limited to: Manicure Table, Pedicure Chair, Nail Dryer, Towel Warmer, Paraffin Baths (Hands/Feet), Cuticle Nippers, Pushers, Etc., Nail Clippers, buffers, Files, Autoclave Audio Equipment

What you bring

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
