Job summary

Tenaya Stone Spa in Anaheim invites a licensed Nail Technician to join our full-time team. Provide nail, hand and foot treatments, ensure high guest satisfaction and uphold rigorous sanitation standards in a busy spa setting.

You will educate guests on services and products, upsell where appropriate, and stay informed about current trends. The Disneyland area familiarity is a plus; we offer competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold and maintain California Nail Technician license.
• Spa or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with service recovery.
• Knowledge of services and product education for guests.
• Strong verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Enthusiasm and proactive guest care for requests.
• Familiarity with The Disneyland Resort and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Provide nail, hand and foot treatments per Tenaya Stone Spa protocols.
• Perform all spa services offered by Tenaya Stone Spa.
• Care for equipment and use products cost-effectively.
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards per policy and law.
• Prepare and restock room; keep it clean and organized.
• Promote spa treatments, sessions and retail and promotions.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend mandatory trainings on spa policies and trends.
• Stay knowledgeable about services and products offered.

Job description

Responsibilities :

• Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with Tenaya Stone Spa protocols and accepted certification practices


• Ability to effectively perform all spa treatments and services as defined by the position being performed


• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of products to be cost effective


• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and Tenaya stone Spa policies and procedures


• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required


• Actively promote spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs and promotions


• Handle Guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously


• Provide accurate and immediate responses to all requests by Guests ensuring complete Guest satisfaction


• Attend mandatory training to maintain knowledge of current spa policies, procedures and trends


• Must be able to perform all nail, hand and foot services offered by Tenaya Stone Spa

Basic Qualifications :

• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role


• Must currently hold and maintain state Nail Technician license (with state of California)


• Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment


• Ability to handle difficult/sensitive situations independently, while confidently utilizing service recovery methods


• Possess complete knowledge of all services and products while educating Guests


• Strong verbal communication skills


• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent Guest service skills


• Receptive to special requests and proactive in anticipating Guests needs


• Knowledgeable about The Disneyland® Resort and surrounding area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge

Additional Information :SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a Full-Time position that requires full availability, including working evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

The pay rate for this role in California is $21.13 per hour, plus commission and gratuities.
