Job summary

Forks Community Hospital in Washington is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for per diem shifts. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN or LPN supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for assigned patients.

Requirements include graduation from a CNA program, Washington CNA license, current CPR card, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and optional experience in extended care.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• WA State CNA license required.
• Current CPR card.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• One year extended care experience preferred.

Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of RN or LPN. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Provides for personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for assigned patients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to read and write Basic English, other languages preferred as well. Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Washington State License for Certified Nursing Assistant. One year extended care experience preferred and/or educational preparation in needs of the disabled or elderly. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. Current CPR card.

Shift:Per Diem, all days, rotating weekends, variable shifts

SALARY: $23.05- $36.83/hour
