Job summary

Interstate Batteries in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Delivery Specialist to consistently service and expand an assigned set of customers along a predetermined route. You will Sell new batteries to National Account dealers, rotate batteries, maintain displays, and complete documentation on time.

This role requires a valid CDL and clean driving record, strong communication and customer service skills, and at least 2 years in sales, delivery, or related work.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CDL and have clean driving record.
• Prior sales experience highly desirable.
• Good communication skills and strong customer service.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current, valid state driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, customer service and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell new batteries to National Account dealers.
• Rotate batteries and collect cores.
• Maintain the route by keeping displays clean and keeping dealer list up to date.
• Service each National Account dealer.
• Establish, build and maintain good dealer relationships.
