Three Rivers Care in WashingtonState administers an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program. The program is free, covering the application fee for a NAR/NAC license and state testing. Employees in NAC roles earn $20.00 per hour and advance to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active. Space is limited and interviews are first-come, first-served.

About the NAC Program

Three Rivers Care offers an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program. The program is completely free, with tuition fully covered, including the application fee for a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), and state testing fees.

Students receive assistance with test preparation and hands-on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position at Three Rivers Care.

Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active. Space is limited and interviews are conducted first-come and first-served basis.
