Job summary

Spokane Falls Care, a Caldera Care facility, is offering an onsite 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program at our nearby sister facility. The program is free, with tuition fully covered, including NAR license, NAC, and state testing fees. Graduates are offered a full-time position.

About the CNA/NAC Program

Spokane Falls Care offers an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) training program (will be held at our nearby sister facility - Aurora Valley Care). The program is completely free, with tuition fully covered, including the application fee for a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), and state testing fees.

Students receive assistance with test preparation and hand-on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position at Three Rivers Care.

Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $22.00 per hour once the NAC license is active. Space is limited and interviews are conducted first-come and first-served basis.
