Job summary

Aurora Valley Care Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the NOC shift. This full-time role offers a pay range of $24-$26 per hour DOE and the opportunity to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care, ensuring cleanliness, and collaborating with staff to maintain quality of care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and active OBRA registry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Document all cares before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder, transfers).
• Ensure cleanliness of resident care areas.
• Provide transport assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality of care.
• Report staff/resident issues to supervisor.

FULL TIME ONLY

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist assigned residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents
• Document all cares completed with and for residents before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder activity, transfers, etc.)
• Ensure cleanliness of all resident and resident care areas
• Provide transport assistance as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of care
• Report to direct supervisor any staff/resident issues/concerns as necessary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current CNA certification and active OBRA registry
