Kingspan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our Modesto, CA office. This full-time, in-office role supports U.S. and Canadian operations, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and assess candidates, and drive an efficient offer and onboarding process.

The recruiter will analyze recruiting results, propose improvements, and help strengthen the company’s employment brand and recruiting effectiveness across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing/building materials industry is strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for North America with exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews (phone, video, on-site) and maintain professional communication with candidates and managers.
• Monitor labor-market conditions and advise on sourcing strategies.
• Manage competing requisitions and ensure timely recruiting objectives.
