Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a division of Kingspan Group plc, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Modesto, CA to manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and Canadian offices in an in-office role.

The role requires at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to build partnerships with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume staffing.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing/building materials industry is strongly preferred.
• An associate degree in HR, business, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must manage a minimum of 14 open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and applicable labor laws.
• Proven track record of meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill, interview-to-hire).
• Experience using job-posting platforms and multiple sourcing methods (direct outreach, referrals, databases, internet search).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across North America for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate from engagement to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews (phone, video, on-site) and liaise with hiring managers.
• Review job descriptions and staffing procedures; implement approved improvements.
• Monitor labor-market conditions and advise on sourcing strategies.
• Manage competing requisitions and deadlines to meet staffing objectives.
• Develop external talent pipelines via job boards, referrals, events, and networks.
• Analyze recruiting data and present recommendations to improve processes.
• Oversee offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding coordination.
