Job summary

Americase is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead procurement, material planning, supplier quality, logistics, and warehousing across multiple sites. The role requires a growth-minded leader who can align supply chain strategy with company objectives and drive improvements in cost, delivery, and working capital.

This executive will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to scale capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain, with 5+ years leading managers across multiple functions/sites.
• Experience importing from Asia and working with suppliers or outsource manufacturers in several regions.
• Lean or continuous improvement expertise.
• Demonstrated record of improvements in on-time delivery, cost, inventory, and working capital.
• ASCM/APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or ISM certification is a plus; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, vendor management, and supplier quality across all Americase locations.
• Define and execute a supply chain strategy aligned to growth, operations, and financial goals.
• Own end-to-end material flow from suppliers to production to customers, focusing on lead times and inventory turns.
• Standardize materials planning and lead weekly supply reviews with Production, Engineering, and Sales.
• Develop supplier relationships, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, tariff, and related regulations.
