Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in transformer services.
• Strong knowledge of transformer components and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
