Job summary

Koenig & Bauer (US) is seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist in the Dallas area to build and manage a resilient supplier network across the United States. You will drive regional strategies, tender processes, and supplier pairings for global integration with the company’s international network.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic sourcing within industrial manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and collaboration across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or advanced procurement experience in industrial manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and SAP MM/S4HANA or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a high-performing supplier network in the US.
• Lead market intelligence, regional sourcing strategies, and TCO analyses.
• Negotiate master agreements, MSAs, and SLAs in compliance with legal standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Operations, and Global Procurement to meet lead times and quality targets.
